The Newbern Apartments will be available for first move-in on April 15th and have 18 floor plan types listed below with different price* options for each depending on the type and floor level.

Most all the features are the same in each floor plan type, but if there are slight variations(ceiling height, extra storage in the kitchens, historic closet doors, peepholes, medicine cabinets installed, electrical outlets in the counters, USB outlets in the kitchen, granite window ledges in the bathrooms), the agents will let you know. Please take a look at the floor plan variations below and contact us with which unit you are looking for. The building is facing north on the south side of Armour Blvd which runs east and west.  You can see where each unit is located in the building on the bottom left corner of each floor plan. Floor Plans:

103
Unit 103 on the east side of the building. One bedroom, one bathroom with a support column in the middle of the room. With over 800 sq/ft, this is one of the largest one bedrooms and the taller ceilings gives the room a loft vibe. ADA approved unit.

Unit 104 on the inner east side of the building.  One Bedroom with a Den/Office. This particular unit has french doors opening up to a historic safe in the Den/Office in which we built the room around. You can use this as a show piece or 2nd closet.

Unit 106, ADA Approved Unit. On the inner east side of the building.

Unit 109 – a lot of counter space in this large one bedroom. One of the largest closets in the building.

Plan 01 2.9
Unit Plan 01, floors 2-9. (201, 301, 401, etc) on the outer east side of the building. This units are unique in the shape of the living room and the 5 windows you have on the curvature of the building. Note, the bedroom is smaller than most of the other units and the appliances will be 3/4 sized. The back-splash tile will be slightly different will 2×2 inch tile pieces.

Unit Plan 02, floors 2-9 on the front east side of the building facing north. Note, the 9th floor has elevated ceiling heights and has Downtown views.

Unit Plan 06, Floors 2-9 (Units 206, 306, 307, etc.) on the inner east side of the building. The 9th floor is $1475 and has elevated ceiling heights and Midtown views.



Plan 07 2.9
Unit Plan 07, Floors 2-9 (Units 207, 307, 407, etc.) on the inner east side of the building. Note, the 9th floor has elevated ceiling heights and Downtown views and is $1058.

 

 

Plan 08 2.9
Unit Plan 08, Floors 2-9 (208, 308, 408, etc.) on the outter west side of the building. These studios are larger than some of the one bedrooms and have great layouts. You can easily separate your living space from your sleeping space. Note, the 9th floor has elevated ceiling heights and Downtown/Midtown Views and is $908.

Unit Plan 09, Floors 2-9 (Units 209, 309, 409, etc.) on the inner west side of the building. See the virtual tour below. It is the flipped version of this unit. The 9th floor will have elevated ceiling heights.
