The Newbern Apartments will be available for first move-in on April 15th and have 18 floor plan types listed below with different price* options for each depending on the type and floor level.

Most all the features are the same in each floor plan type, but if there are slight variations(ceiling height, extra storage in the kitchens, historic closet doors, peepholes, medicine cabinets installed, electrical outlets in the counters, USB outlets in the kitchen, granite window ledges in the bathrooms), the agents will let you know.
