Getting a vacation is hard. Getting a vacation for twenty-eight people who are all instrumental in keeping a business running is near impossible. Through a stroke of luck (and the generosity of our boss, thanks Tori!) nearly all of Mac’s employees got to spend a warm and beautiful Thursday evening at Kauffman Stadium. While there, we properly defined the word, “tailgating”, got a picture with Sluggerrr, properly used a selfie stick, played Frisbee, and watched as the Royals claimed the ALCS title. Needless to say, we had a good time. Here are some photos and a sentimental closing statement:
Elbow me bro.
I know it sounds forced, but this right here is what family looks like. Keeping our employees happy creates an environment that helps our residents feel like family. Our t-shirts not only are a symbol for the Kansas City Royals, but also a constant reminder to treat the Mac residents like royalty because they are family. We couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with.
