Refer a Friend to Mac

We offer referral rewards to residents who suggest that their friends live here.

The Process:

1. Log-in to your resident portal and click on the tab on the right side of the page titled, “Refer a Friend”.
2. Fill out the form.
3. That information goes directly to our customer database and to a leasing agent who will follow up with your friend in 24 hours.
4. When your friend moves-in, your account will be credited $200.

The Details: 

1. Only current Mac Properties residents qualify to recieve the rent credit.
2. You must refer someone to Mac to lease a different apartment unit than the one you are currently occupying. Roommates and sublease referrals will not qualify.
3. The form needs to be submitted before your friend contacts us from another advertising source-which is time-stamped as well.
4. Please allow 30 days after your friend moves in for processing. If for some reason you don’t receive the rent credit, please just let us know.
5. The credit is $200 unless otherwise announced.
6. Offer is subject to change at management discretion.
7. You must still be living here 30 days after your referred resident moves in.
