Did you know Mac offers roommate matching in fully furnished apartments? If you are new to the area or just looking for a roommate, this option makes it easier for you to save on rent and not have to look for your own roommate! Let us do the work for you. We are providing this special opportunity at two of our properties, The Dorchester and Vandy House.

How it works:

• Each occupant is under a separate, individual lease.
• There will be a separate key locking each bedroom; You share the kitchen and common areas.
• We will pair you with a roommate based on a simple questionnaire.
• Your responsibility is simply your lease to the room, so whether you have a roommate or not, your price does not change.
• All utilities (water/garbage/sewer) included in price!

The Dorchester:

2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Rate (per person): $950
3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Rate (per person): $895
*Furnished apartment options will have a $100-200 additional charge per month.
