Most all the features are the same in each floor plan type, but if there are slight variations, the agents will let you know. Units 401,601, 306-606, 308-608, 313-613. These one bedroom units are a total of 942 Sqft with walk-in glass shower. They are our larger one bedroom units and feature the popular waterfall island countertops with plenty of closet and laundry space.

Units 301 & 501 are ADA compliant. North facing get views of Armour Blvd. as well as a 70-year-old tree line. These are 942 Sqft and feature the side by side GE washer & dryer. The biggest difference is the normal floating bathroom vanity is replaced with an ADA compliant sink and a large IKEA tall storage cabinet. The island is also 2 inches shorter than the standard 36″ counter height.

Units 302-602 & 309-609. Price range:These are studio units at 832 Sqft, which is larger than most one bedrooms around the city.
