International Apartments will be available for first move-in on July 15th and have 9 floor plan types listed below with different price* options for each depending on the type and floor level. The real value of this building is found in the level of features you get along with the sheer size of the units. You can find comparable features (waterfall island counters, quartz countertops, luxury flooring, washer & dryer in-unit, floor-to-ceiling windows, etc.) around the city, but what is difficult to find is the same features in as large of an apartment. Comparable units in the city are around $1.75 – $2.25 per SQ/ft. These units range from $1.32 – $1.62 per SQ/ft. Even though these units are the highest priced in our portfolio, you will have a lifestyle that is expanded without paying the premium that is required by most around the city.
