Meet Eric, a driven workout and health food enthusiast, who also happens to be a resident of ours at the Hamilton, and this week’s Humans of Mac! Eric is passionate in all aspects of life and has some incredible goals set for himself. He creates guided personal training programs on the side, so check out his info below if you have any interest in learning how he can help. We appreciate the time Eric, and thanks for your residency.
What is your name and how long have you been a resident at Mac?
“Eric Guilmette, and one month.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“Body Build, go for runs, EAT, go to concerts and swim.”
Describe yourself in three words.
“Analytical, intelligent and passionate.”
What is your biggest strength? Weakness?
“Strength: Goal oriented. Weakness: Impatient.”
What do you enjoy most about your apartment or living situation?
“The girl in it.”
What do like most about Kansas City? Tell us your favorite story from KC.
“The barbecue… Jack Stack/Q39.”
What are your life goals?
“Move back to Australia with my girlfriend and open a gym there.”
Tell us something interesting about your job, hobbies, talents, personal life, or charity work.
“I eat 8 meals a day.”
What would you like to promote or share with the world?
‘The concept that you can achieve anything in life through hard work and perseverance. For example, the optimal body, perfect job, great relationship, or anything you can dream of.”
“Also, I promote my business through my Instagram @erictaylor_fit and my business email is ETfitplans@gmail.com. I create personalized meal plans and workout programs based on my client’s workout goals and dietary needs. For general workout advice, I’d recommend visiting bodybuilding.com, but if you did want me to personalize a program for you, send me a message at the email I listed and you’ll get a response with a questionnaire I would need you to fill out to proceed as a client!”
