What is your home town?

Edwardsville, IL for half my life, Rosemount, MN for the other half, but Midwestern to the core.

What is your position at Mac and how long have you been an employee?

I am a Senior Resident Retention Specialist. I’ve been with Mac for two-years, come May!

Name two things you consider yourself to be good at and why?

I’m a good cook, because my momma taught me well, and I am good with animals 🙂

What is your favorite Mac building and why?

Tell us something about yourself that someone may not know.

I’m a freelance writer and editor when I’m not at work.

What is one thing on your bucket list?

I would love to visit and climb the Himalayan Mountains.

How would describe your day to day activities? Favorite job function?

I retain residents! I contact our residents in regards to their lease renewals, handling most all of their questions, and generate and send their renewed leases for signature.

My favorite job function is meeting with residents in person here at the Shoreland.

Though our jobs can be rough from time to time, I am always thankful for everyone and their support. No matter who you ask to help out, they’ll jump to it before you can blink. Again, thank you all for your willingness to help your peers—it makes work all the much easier!
